**Caution! Spoiler ahead**
15th April 2009, me, Yong Xuan and Kok How were going to eat sushi at Sushi King, Queensbay, as they have RM2 promotion! As usual we need to queue during the promotions periods and we have to snatch for sushies.. haha.. We manage to get Unagi, Tempura, Salmon and etc.. very worth eating 😉
After that we going to watch “Knowing” at 2.25pm.. I read some of the review at cari forum and some people said it’s nice, some say not.. but mostly is positive review.. then I heard from my girlfriend said that the movie is ridiculous but still I would like to watch this movie.. lolz.. Here is the trailer
Truely, the ending is quite ridiculous, the storyline is like new version of Noah’s Ark, but the ending is like new version of Adam and Eve.. lolz
According to my girlfriend, she said that the beginning part of the movie is like haunted movie (she scare haunted movies.. lolz), the middle part is like technology movie, and the ending become alien’s movie.. lolz.. well.. she was right, except that the haunted part was not really haunted.. haha..
The story was about a girl name Lucinda can heard whispering all the time. Then her teacher asked the class to draw the future and the drawing will be put into a time capsule and burried under their school until 50 years later their students will get their drawing.. She didn’t draw on the drawing paper but she wrote many weird numbers.. After 50 years later, apparently, the main character will get that paper.. lolz.. Nicholas Cage’s son name Caleb, get Lucinda’s envelope and he saw all those numbers.. And then Nicholas Cage realized that those numbers represent a horrible incidents’ date, a number of people that will die, and the location for 50 years (1959-2009).. 911 incidents was in that list too.. Then from that prophecy he witness 2 more incidents himself and the last incident that wrote on that paper is the end of the world.. something like that..
And then there were Aliens who try to get pairs of every living creature on earth so that they can start all over again.. Well, apparently Nicholas Cage’s son was chosen together with a little girl and the left earth.. I think the way of the end of the world in this movie is quite creative.. the sun’s black spot explosion cause earth to burn every living things into ashes..
Overall the movie was okie, just the ending was ridiculous, visual effects was good.. Worth watching 😉
