Yoyo! Finally I’m back into Gizwiz! Haha, glad and happy about it. Been trying to come back to this company since I graduated. However, due to economy crisis, I was forced to wait. But finally, thanks Andrew for not disappoint me 😛
Now, what do I miss about Gizwiz? The sea view! Wii! The ikea interior! The treats!! Colleagues, Etee, Apple, but sadly Ewejin wasn’t there anymore. And of course, our friendly boses Andrew and Jasmine ^^
For some of you that may have already know, I’ve done my industrial training program under this company. How do I get into Gizwiz? Well I have to thank Zing for that! I was first offered to do my training under another company that was found by our college which I have already forgotten the name 😛 But then the allowance they offered was low, not to mention the office was located at Bayan Baru area which is like hundred of miles from my house, feels like thousand if traffic jam!! The allowance was not even enough to cover my car’s petrol fee! And then, after our ‘tiao keh’ Zing rejected so many offers, finally he was satisfied with Gizwiz and accepted their offer. He told me their office was damn pretty and the allowance they offered was also higher than mine! Not to mention their office located near to my house! Feeling envy, I asked him to give me their contact number so that I can give it a try. Thankfully! Jasmine arranged an interview with me and finally I got it!
It was my first official job actually, I’ve never done any part time as salesman or whatsoever before, and I felt lucky to go into such wonderful company on my first job! (Jas, don’t get too touching yea :P)
We have 4 trainees went to this company, which are Tinkai, Steven, Zing and me. We work from 9am to 5pm. They have a welcoming lunch for us at Gizwiz by ordering Pizza Hut, which some of the designers still remember some funny act of Tinkai. Ewejin asked him “Do you still want some pizza?”, he said “no thanks”, after he finish his sentence, he grabbed another piece. LOL
And our BBQ farewell party 6 months later at Andrew’s condominium, you can view the photos and games that we played here. Then there were this unforgettable badminton tournament! Tight competition between 2 teams which were Me + tinkai VS Conman + Andrew! But finally Conman won! You can see the photos here.
Really miss those days where there were so many of us and I was just a trainee that work without worries. Now I’m a permanent employee, things get different already. **sigh**
My first week in Gizwiz was great. Although I went back home later than last time, sometimes around 6.45pm, sometimes almost 8pm, but still I feel happier than before. At least I stay late willingly and happily. ^^
And thank you Gizwiz, because I got the offer of joining your company trip to Bali even before I start working! Finally thanks for the second welcoming lunch on my second time of first day work! 😛
We headed over to Tsuruya at Times Square, I dunno the foods’ name and belongs to who already, I can only remember mine, so.. Here are the photos.. 😛
Went back to work after the lunch. Thanks again for the welcoming lunch 😉
I kiam-kiam wanna cry de after FT still remember me helped him be4, but after see "tiao keh" these words immediately my face become like this =.= For FT readers info, I only rejected 1 company nia, so me very "wang ong" ahh. Hahaha…
I also very miss those days leh, I think I understand why u said things changed after u went back. Coz no conman & us, sometimes it is hard to make the environment "lao jua". Now FT u will continue become the next conman, so that GizWiz will "lao jua" back. LoLz
